Aabraham S P is a highly qualified Polymer Engineer and Manager with over a decade of cross-functional experience in the polymer industry. He holds a Master of Technology in Manufacturing Management from BITS Pilani (2017) and an MBA (Executive) in Applied Finance, Leadership & Strategy from NMIMS Mumbai (2021). Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Technology in Plastics Technology from Anna University, Chennai (2014). Aabraham is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Black Belt from PolyOne, USA, and a certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from IASSC. He is also a certified Internal Auditor for ISO 14001, 45000, 22000, GMP, and a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001.

Aabraham's professional journey includes significant roles in various organizations. Since October 2023, he has been serving as the Head of Manufacturing and Process Excellence at P.T Mutu Gading Textile in Surakarta, Indonesia. In this role, he manages the operations of masterbatches and polyester twisted yarn manufacturing, leads process excellence projects worth $500K annually, and develops new products and colors for various applications. He is responsible for safety, procurement, production planning, and manpower management.

From January 2022 to September 2023, Aabraham was the Quality Manager and Head of QA and Technical Services at Avient Corporation. He managed QA operations for multiple sites, implemented process improvement initiatives, and conducted color matching, failure analysis, and root cause assessments. Prior to this, from January 2019 to January 2022, he served as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Project Manager) at Avient Corporation, leading over 25 process improvement projects globally and achieving savings of over $1 million. He also trained and mentored Black Belts, Green Belts, and Kaizen Leaders.

Earlier in his career, Aabraham worked at PolyOne Corporation in Pune, India, from January 2017 to December 2018, where he led the QA/QC department, established a laboratory for engineering plastics and TPEs, and conducted failure analysis and root cause assessments. From September 2015 to December 2016, he was the Technical Manager and Head of QA at Ms. Blend Colours Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad, India, managing technical and QA functions across multiple sites and leading the project for a new facility dedicated to specialty products. His career began at Ms. Konkan Speciality Polyproducts P. Ltd. in Mangalore, where he worked from January 2014 to September 2015 as a Graduate Engineer in an ISO 17025 Accredited Testing Laboratory, designing new colors for various polymers and conducting material validation and performance optimization trials.
